
Target corporation
My purpose of writing this article is to learn a look at a company well and see how they change with management. I choose Target Corporation for a number of reasons. In particular, they shall be clearly visible and recognizable. Most people know who have visited their shops and objective. Secondly, I know the organizational structure and business philosophies, which leads to manage change.
I must stress that I have no connection with the case, but the companies have worked together before. From these experiences, and compare my experience as a customer and business data observer, I have come to know how objective results than with other similar businesses and why. The goal is not a perfect operation, but deserve recognition for what they do well is recognized. I call it just as I see it. I have no interest, honor to whom honor is not.
Companies succeed or fail for a reason. Whatever a company to sell if there is a market for what they sell and they will remain faithful to their business philosophies, they have a good chance in the long run.
